Can head wear from the Collections be altered/added to?

Yes, all of What Katy Did Next’s pieces are handmade – so if there is a particular design you like but would prefer it bigger, smaller, on a different fastening or in a different colour simply contact me for more details.

What is your Bespoke head wear price range?

Prices for bespoke orders can vary due to the fact that each headpiece is made especially for you.

 

How far in advance do I need to order my Headpiece?

Headpieces in the collections are estimated to take roughly 4-6 weeks to complete. Should an order be needed more urgently, please contact What Katy Did Next by email or phone and we will try our best to meet with your requirements.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

What Katy Did Next uses Paypal as it is quick, easy and secure. Alternatively bank transfers or cheques are also accepted, please contact me for more details.

 

How are What Katy Did Next products delivered?

What Katy Did Next uses Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery for orders under £40. Special Delivery Next Day is used for orders over £40. All products come beautifully wrapped in a presentation box.

 

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes, but please contact What Katy Did Next first so delivery times and postage charges can be discussed.

 

Do you have a returns policy?

Unfortunately as each Headpiece is made to order What Katy Did Next does not offer refunds.

In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged/ faulty you must phone or email within 24 hours of receipt. All faulty goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. We will refund your return postage and provide a replacement.
