Introduction

All items are lovingly handcrafted by Katy which may sometimes result in slight variations to designs. We do our utmost to capture the best imagery of pieces and describe them as clearly as possible, however colour and shapes may appear different from screen to real life.

Custom

Bespoke and custom orders are welcome at What Katy Did Next. There is no extra fee for this service and pieces are priced similarly to existing designs. After discussing ideas and settling upon a design you will then be expected to pay a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the quoted price.

Cancellations & Returns

As all What Katy Did Next pieces are handmade and made to order, cancellations must be made in a 48 hour window. This does not apply to Bespoke orders except under extreme circumstances.

Returns are not accepted unless previously arranged. If any items appear damaged upon arrival please get in touch asap so we can guide you in rectifying this as swiftly as possible.

Turnaround

The majority of orders are stated as taking 4-6 weeks to complete. This is simply a guide and may take longer in busy periods or shorter if the materials are already in stock (for example not custom colours). You will be contacted with updates on any hold ups. Please get in touch to discuss rush orders.

Shipping

All shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are packaged with care to ensure your item(s) reach you in pristine condition and sent via Royal Mail.

UK orders are tracked and insured with larger orders sent Next Day Delivery and smaller/gift orders sent 1st Class Signed.

International orders are sent Tracked (& Signed where possible) and can take from 2 weeks to 1 month to arrive. We therefore suggest placing your order at least 2-3 months prior to the date you need it to arrive.

All international orders are subject to customs. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and not What Katy Did Next.

Payments

Payment is taken via Stripe for all card payments to ensure secure and safe transactions. We also offer payment via Paypal.
