Do you offer a Bespoke/custom service?

Bespoke and custom orders are welcome at What Katy Did Next. There is no extra fee for this service and pieces are priced similarly to existing designs. After discussing ideas and settling upon a design you will then be expected to pay a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the quoted price.

How far in advance should I place my order?

The majority of orders are stated as taking 4-6 weeks to complete. This is simply a guide and may take longer in busy periods or shorter if the materials are already in stock (for example not custom colours). You will be contacted with updates on any hold ups. Please get in touch to discuss rush orders.

International orders can take from 2 weeks to 1 month to arrive. We therefore suggest placing your order at least 2-3 months prior to the date you need it to arrive.

How are What Katy Did Next orders shipped?

UK orders are tracked and insured with larger orders sent Next Day Delivery and smaller/gift orders sent 1st Class Signed.

There is also the option to arrange free local pick up.

International orders are sent Tracked (& Signed where possible) and can take from 2 weeks to 1 month to arrive.

What is your cancellation/returns policy?

As all What Katy Did Next pieces are handmade and made to order, cancellations must be made in a 48 hour window. This does not apply to Bespoke orders except under extreme circumstances.

Returns are not accepted unless previously arranged. If any items appear damaged upon arrival please get in touch asap so we can guide you in rectifying this as swiftly as possible.

Do you offer Wholesale?

Yes, What Katy Did Next has worked with a small number of boutiques worldwide and would be happy to expand. Please get in touch for more information.
